  2. I can really identify with what you wrote, especially about waking at 6 am feeding exhausted, in pain and dreading the day ahead. Here is something I find helpful; as I Iie there not wanting to get up just yet I do some deep breathing – starting gently and then breathing into my beIIy. AIso breathing into different areas of my body, holding to the count of three, and out again…repeat twice in one area. I find this helps Loosen things up a bit and it wakes me up enough to get myself out of bed. I don’t know if this heIps.

  3. Oh Julia, my heart goes out to you..I had to quit working at 52 yo and I was so overwhelmed it was like I had been in a 3 yr flare…anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, pain — then came the vertigo which made me have to go back on meds again. Now I’m 72 yo and spend a lot of my time in bed..the worst time of the day for me now is bedtime because when my body gets tired it screams–it feels like I’m going to faint or fall and the pain this winter has been the worst ever of my life…I pray you are able to deal better than me.
